at Colony Surf

We have stayed for 1 and half month in the second floor of Colony Surf. We did not expect the view because of the low floor but could see the beautiful ocean and Diamond Head.
Was a perfect view for us.

Since there was no AC in the room, it got hot and humid during a few hours in daytime, but can stand it. From the evening till during the morning, it was way cool and very comfortable.
We hear some noise from the beach volleyball court next door. But it stopped at night. It was so quiet at night that we felt too quiet.

JSince we did not rent a car this time, shopping the foods are a little trouble. But Uber, The Bus and Biki helps a lots.
To Waikiki, it is the good distance for us to take a walk. We enjoy the walk every day. Kapiolani park in front and the Diamond Head were the best places for us to visit.
Lei Hawaii Realty told us the best choice for the walk. From Colony Surf to Monsarat avenue, then KCC farmers market and Diamond Head trail. We stopped by the market and enjoy eating the fresh food very cheap.

We could also enjoy the beach in front of Colony Surf every evening. The condo has the own shower. We snorkel every day and enjoy watching so many exotic fish.
We enjoyed waking up by looking the Diamond Head from the bed every day! We thank Lei Hawaii for such a nice place with very low rate.

Easy check in and out. For long vacation renters like us, this 2nd floor Colony Surf was best choice as the summer vacation rental destination!!

We got the estimate from Trump Tower Hotel 2 Bedroom from Trump Hotel and Colony Surf 2 Bedroom from Lei Hawaii Realty for this trip. For Trump, it costs more than 10 times more than Lei Hawaii Colony Surf. So, we chose to stay in Colony Surf.

This trip was the reward from the company being worked for 20 years. Usually, a salaried worker like me has a limit of one week vacation. So it was my first long vacation we have ever experienced. I thought that I would get bored if I stayed in the same area such a long time. Far from being tired, however, every day was a super fun. We stayed in a paradise!

Just a little away from Waikiki. But it made the condo very special. There are many places to enjoy around Colony Surf.

And, because the room was comfortable, I could not go anywhere, just opening windows and feeling the wind while listening to the sound of the waves. We felt a little hot during the daytime only a few days. Mostly spending the unit without AC was ok.

Reading the book without anything was the real pleasure of this trip. This stay in Colony Surf has changed our life. Even though it is an old building compared to Trump Tower, Colony Surf was special condo not like snobbish Trump tower.

We are now thinking seriously about living in Hawaii after we retire the company. It was worth spending the money and definitely coming back soon.

We are impressed at the Ocean and Diamond Head View!!

It gets hot once in a while during the daytime, but most of the time, the trade wind help the unit cool. It was very comfortable staying in the unit all the time.

We have cooked only a few times. Most of time, we have ordered the food through Uber Eats and Bite. Then we used the sharing bike system, Biki. So, we do not need to eat out and use the rental car and save our money a lots!

And I was a member of the American Club in Japan, so we could join the social club, Outrigger Canoe Club located just the next door. It was very enjoyable time.

Also when we have checked in the stuff in Lei Hawaii Realty help us everything from the stay and sightseeing spots. When we have encountered some trouble, they are the ones who helped immediately.

We will definitely come back and stay here. Mahalo!!

“When we opened the front door, we could see the ocean and Diamond Head !!

We could also see the sunset on a private beach that was a one minute walk away. On the weekend, my family went to a picnic at Kapiolani Park. In the unit, there was a large living room and kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. We did not need air conditioning. There was a washing & drying machine in the room, and because we have children, it was convenient to do laundry. We heard that parking can be rented if there is vacancy, but luckily we were able to borrow two stalls. We were very comfortable and relaxed.

Also, we could go shopping and to restaurants in Waikiki in about 15 minutes on foot; to Safeway about 10 minutes by car; Kahala Shopping Center about 20 minutes by car. This place was very convenient to go anywhere.

Suddenly during the stay, the condition of the refrigerator became worse, and when we contact Lei Hawaii, they respond kindly and promptly. They are a reliable company that you can trust. We are really looking forward to visiting again.”

This condo is the one many investors are longing for. Gold Coast is one of the most popular areas in Hawaii. I have never seen a condo close to the beach like this. The price is increasing year by year.

I can't afford it easily so I'm really happy to be able to stay for a Vacation Rentals.

I've heard the famous Japanese celebrities are also owning units. We'd like to have advice from Lei Hawaii when I am able to purchase a unit.”

It's a little bit far from the center of Waikiki, but I thought it's a good distance to take a walk. It costs only around $10 if you use Uber at night.

I've stayed at Kahala and Hawaii Kai before but it was not as convenient as this condo.

I like this location as it is close to Waikiki and also in a quiet neighborhood.”
